20+ Years of experience in Telecom Hardware, Embedded Software and complete Product Development Cycle.
Milestones Achieved
1.Successful Design & Development of Radar Based Contact less “Locomotive Speed Sensor” first in India and supplying over 1000 nos to Indian Railway saving import cost in Crores since 2015 by reducing unit cost from 3 Lakh to 1.2Lakh.
2.Successful Design & Development of Innovative “Test Stand for Locomotive Speed Sensor” first in India and supplied to Railway Loco Maintenance Sheds hence saving lot of time and money spent on testing in locomotive itself.
3.Successful Design & Development of Process setup for Repair/Rehabilitation of Electric Locomotive PCB electronics card and become second approved source helping Indian Railway to avoid single source monopoly.
4.Successful Design & Development of Speedometer and Recording System of Electric Locomotive.
5.Successful Design & Development of various range of Current Sensors(No Indian Source till date) for Locomotive.
6.Successful Design & Development of Power Supply PCB Cards of Electric Locomotive’s Vehicle Control Unit.
7.Successfully obtained technical capability approvals for all above items from Indian Railway with purchase order over 15 Crore.
